Security – All of our houses have lockable double glazed windows and doors and burglar alarms.
Safety – All properties have the relevant safety certificates, current copies of which will be provided to you at the commencement of your tenancy agreement. All furnishings comply fully with the fire safety regulations for rented accommodation. All bedroom, front and back doors can be unlocked from the inside by a thumb turn lock so in the event of a fire these doors can be opened without having to search for your key.
Service – We have an excellent reputation for our professional yet friendly service to our tenants, with our office open full time you can contact us any time, and because all properties are actually owned by Castle Homes we can deal with any problems or repairs straightaway, with our full time qualified maintenance team including a Gas Cert registered plumber and NICEIC registered electrician.
Comfort & Modern Amenities – All properties have been modernised to a high standard, with modern décor and furnishings. Properties have gas central heating, showers and baths, washing machines, fridge freezers, microwave ovens, burglar alarms, smoke alarms and double glazing. In most of our properties they are also equipped with a 42” flat screen TV and games console!
Value for Money – Our rents are very competitive, and with our quality of accommodation they provide excellent value. Rents are shown with individual property details.
For many first year students it will be the first time they will have signed a legally binding document and this can be quite daunting for them or their parents so we will provide a trained member of staff to explain the legal jargon so both parents and student can understand what they are agreeing to. A copy of the tenancy agreement is also available on request.
Due to popular demand we also offer a ‘bills included’ option which can take away the hassle of dealing with utility and Internet companies which can be especially difficult when the tenant is not from the Hull area. This option means that Agercon are responsible for setting up and paying for gas, electricity, water, TV License and Broadband on behalf of the tenant. This just means that you can sit back and relax and leave all the stress to us!
